Overview

This policy explains what data ogbeam (“we”) collects and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Request data. The parameters you send to the image API (title, theme, etc.) and standard request metadata such as IP address and user agent, used to serve the request and to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse.
• Subscription data. When you subscribe, our payment processor collects your payment details and email. We receive a subscription identifier and status — not your full card number.
• Assets you supply. If you use Pro features, any logo URL or font you reference is fetched to render your image.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't use advertising trackers. We don't store your payment card details — those are handled entirely by Stripe.

Processors we use

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery.
• Upstash — the store backing rate limiting and key revocation.
• Google Fonts — fetched to render custom Pro fonts.

Each processes data only as needed to provide its part of the Service.

Retention

Operational data such as logs and rate-limit counters is short-lived. Subscription records are retained as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us and we'll help. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
