Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of the ogbeam image API and website (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

ogbeam generates images from parameters you supply in a request. A free tier is available; paid (“Pro”) features are unlocked with a valid license key issued on subscription. We may change, add, or remove features over time.

3. License keys

Your Pro license key authenticates your requests. Keep it confidential; you are responsible for requests made with your key. Do not share, resell, or redistribute keys. We may reject or disable a key that is abused or associated with a lapsed subscription.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Exceed rate limits, circumvent access controls, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Supply logos, fonts, or other assets you do not have the rights to use.
• Resell the Service as your own without permission.

5. Content and ownership

You retain ownership of the text, logos, and other inputs you provide, and of the images you generate from them. You are solely responsible for those inputs and for having the rights to use them. We own the Service itself — the software, design, and infrastructure.

6. Payment, renewal, and cancellation

Pro is billed as a recurring subscription through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are charged in advance and the subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

7. Availability & disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that images will render identically across all platforms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ogbeam will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is abusive or unlawful.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
